Weber Grilling Course

The course includes:

  • Pre-drinks – snacks/starters in the wine room
  • Brief: setting up your Weber, Weber care, safety and hygiene
  • Sign indemnity and receive a branded apron
  • Proceed to kitchen
  • Discuss aging process, cuts of beef and farms
  • Select a cut of beef & demonstrate how we split, clean & portion
  • Grill your own basted or rubbed beef on Weber, with grilling tips & instructions by our head chef
  • Back to wine room to enjoy grilled steaks with sides to order
  • Issue certificate
  • Dessert & coffee
  • The prices include the meals. Beverages are additional and will be billed accordingly.
